New Town Builders – Great Escapes Realtor Reward Program

This year’s Great Escapes trip will be to the Ritz-Carlton Golf Spa & Resort in Rose Hall, Jamaica, Feb. 9-13 2012, while past trips have been to Costa Rica and Portugal!

Here’s how the program works:

Earn points for every sale. Once you’ve accumulated 2,000 points, you’ve earned a luxury trip for two:

                                Sell one single family home                 Earn 1,000 points

                                Sell one or two townhomes                Earn 500 points each

                                Sell a third townhome                            Earn 1,000 points

Occasionally, select New Town Builders homes may be valued as "Double Points," giving Realtors the opportunity to earn the trip quicker … with as few as one sale.

The 2013 Great Escapes destination will be announced on Thursday, Oct. 20, at the New Town Solaris models in Stapleton. Realtors who attend the event can get a jump start on earning points for the next getaway. All guests will receive 500 Great Escapes bonus points just for attending.

New Town Builders covers air fare, hotel accommodations, a welcome reception, breakfasts and a farewell dinner during each trip. You don’t have to do a thing … just pack your bags and have your passport ready!

To earn the trip for two, a Colorado-licensed Realtor must accumulate a total of 2,000 points. For the 2013 trip, contracts must be written and signed by all parties between the dates of Dec. 1, 2010 and Nov. 30, 2011. If a contract is canceled for any reason by any of the parties involved, the points for that sale will also be canceled. If the contract is canceled after a Realtor has registered for or been on the trip, that Realtor will be billed for the value of the trip. Trip points are not transferable and will be awarded to the Realtor listed on the sales contract.
